Job Description

GOLDBECK SOLAR is a leading provider of turnkey photovoltaic systems on commercial roofs and ground mounted utility scale PV power plants. With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.

What you can expect

Are you passionate about renewable energy and ready to shape large-scale PV and BESS projects? As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for securing EPC contracts for utility-scale PV & BESS projects in Poland, managing the process from tender stage through pricing, negotiation, and contract award.

Tasks

  • Build and manage a pipeline of utility-scale PV and BESS opportunities, from early-stage engagement to contract closing.
  • Lead the preparation of EPC offers in close cooperation with Tender, Engineering, and Procurement teams.
  • Negotiate and close EPC contracts for utility-scale PV plants and BESS projects.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through proactive support of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our market presence.

Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in (electrical) engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PV and/or BESS, preferably in EPC.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of EPC projects.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and support contract negotiations.
  • Experience with utility-scale projects (>10-20 MW) is a strong advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to interpret outputs from PVSyst and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Resilient and customer-focused.
