Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Distribution Service Engineer for Romania. Curious about what this role involves? Let's dive in:
- Manage hotline and ticket system for distributors, installers, and end users in Romania.
- Provide training sessions for distributors and installers in the region.
- Support onsite troubleshooting together with the Partner Success Manager.
- Assist in pre-sales customer visits alongside the Account Manager.
- Create and maintain FAQs, online courses, and documentation for the region.
- Prepare regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) for the department center.
Your profile

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in after-sales or technical support in PV/ESS/O&M; inverter experience is a plus.
- Strong motivation and passion for success in the clean-tech industry.
- Language skills: English and Romanian at C1 level; Chinese is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn quickly.
- Independent, focused, and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel 5-10% between local market and EU department center.
