We're looking for a dedicated Client Advisor to strengthen our Swedish team, supporting partners and installers with technical guidance. Maybe that's you?

What your day would look like

As a Client Advisor, you'll be part of our Swedish support team, helping our partners and installers solve technical questions and deliver great Zaptec experiences. This is not first-line end-customer support. You'll be a trusted second-line contact for the people installing, selling and supporting our products in the market.

In this role, some of your tasks will be to:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries from partners and installers.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to installation, configuration and product use.
  • Explain technical solutions in a clear and helpful way.
  • Support partners and installers with onboarding, guidance and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with the companies and people representing Zaptec.
  • Work closely with colleagues across support, sales and technical teams.
  • Contribute to team goals, service quality and smarter ways of working.
