We are seeking a Cyber Security Lead - Network Control to join our Grid Automation team in Mannheim.
In this role, you will shape and deliver cyber security strategies for complex IT/OT environments, supporting customers, sales, and projects to ensure secure and reliable network operations.
The position targets experienced experts (5+ years) in IT/OT and cyber security who enjoy customer interaction and international collaboration.
How you'll make an impact
- Professional service delivery and project execution for network and substation control systems, covering cyber security, IT/OT system design, networks, operating systems, and hardware
- Translation of customer requirements into tailored solution concepts
- Ensuring the delivery of services agreed in service contracts and projects
- Continuous market monitoring and further development of the service portfolio
- Support of the sales organization in solution design, costing, and bid preparation
- Support of the engineering team in implementing cyber security-related topics within projects and service contracts
Your background
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience with cyber security in complex IT/OT systems, particularly within critical infrastructure and network design
- Experience in the planning, costing, and implementation of cyber security relevant measures, such as network architectures, firewall configurations, backup solutions, SOC/SIEM systems, and security monitoring
- Understanding of commercial and business relationships
- Independent and proactive working style, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication skills combined with high customer orientation and a sales mindset
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken; French is an advantage
- Interest in international collaboration and willingness to travel worldwide
