Wir suchen Sie als Teamlead HR & Administration (all genders) an einem unserer Standorte in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Bendorf oder München.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung und Entwicklung des HR & Administration Teams
  • Sie betreuen eigenständig HR-Projekte und treiben strategische HR-Themen wie Personalentwicklung, Performance-Management, etc. weiter voran
  • Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Geschäftsführung sowie unsere Führungskräfte, in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team gewährleisten Sie eine dienstleistungsorientierte Betreuung von rund 150 Mitarbeitenden unter Berücksichtigung aller arbeitsrechtlichen Vorgaben, einschließlich der Personaladministration in unserem HR-System Workday, sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse
  • Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie den Bereich Recruiting, das Personalcontrolling, inkl. der Personalkostenplanung sowie das Office Management an unseren Standorten

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Personal­management, Wirtschafts­psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion mit und haben bereits Erfahrung als Führungskraft
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und können diese sicher in der Praxis anwenden
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie bringen eine lösungsorientierte, kreative Arbeitsweise sowie Entscheidungs- und Umsetzungsstärke mit
  • Ihre sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
