Du kümmerst dich um stabile Applikationen, findest Störungen heraus und sorgst dafür, dass die Energiewende im Alltag wirklich funktioniert. Bei uns erwartet dich

  • Betreuung der Applikationssysteme der Smart Meter Gateways unserer Kund:innen inklusive Erstellung interner Reports zu Systemstatus und zur Auslastung
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets im Rahmen der Kundenbetreuung und Überwachung des zentralen Meldungsmanagements
  • Analyse technischer Störungen bis hin zu Systemschnittstellen zur Sicherstellung stabiler Systeme sowie schneller Problemlösungen
  • Datenvisualisierung zur verständlichen Darstellung komplexer Informationen und Erkennung relevanter Trends
  • Pflege und Überprüfung technischer Dokumentationen zu Systemkonfigurationen und Prozessen gemäß TR-03109-6 und ISO/IEC 27001 für eine BSI-konforme Verwaltung.
  • Installation neuer Software-Releases sowie Durchführung der dazugehörigen Qualitätsprüfungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT- oder elektrotechnischen Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; relevante Berufserfahrung von Quereinsteigern ist ebenfalls willkommen
  • Erste Erfahrungen in Applikationsbetreuung, Beratung oder im Umgang mit Messsystemen und Gateways von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Energiemarkt (z. B. Messstellenbetreiber / MSB oder Netzbetreiber) sind ein Plus
  • Solides technisches Verständnis, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in einer Programmier- oder Skriptsprache sowie ITIL-Grundkenntnisse
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, um komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und Fehler zu identifizieren
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, idealerweise gutes Englisch
