Deine Aufgaben
- Projektkoordination von der Beauftragung über die Materialbestellung bis zur Terminabstimmung mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten
- Betreuung von Kundenanfragen zu laufenden Projekten
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Speditionen und Subunternehmern
- Verantwortlich für die Materialbestellung und Lagerverwaltung, Prüfung von Anlieferungen, Koordination von Auslieferungen
- Auftragsprüfung und Versand von Auftragsbestätigungen
- Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb und Montage
- Kontinuierliche Dokumentation und Optimierung von Arbeitsprozessen
Das bist du
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise Industriekaufmann/-frau o.ä., Fachwirt/-in, gerne auch mit abgeschlossenem wirtschaftlichem/technischem Studium
- Berufserfahrung in der Projektarbeit wünschenswert
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Du arbeitest gerne am Computer, hast gute EDV-Kenntnisse und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Programme
- Du scheust dich nicht, den Hörer in die Hand zu nehmen und hast Spaß am Gespräch mit Kunden und Partnern
- Du arbeitest ergebnis- und terminfokussiert, selbstständig aber auch im Team
- Du hast ein technisches Verständnis oder bist bereit, dir dieses anzueignen
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
