Imagine a future where you help keep offshore wind turbines performing safely and reliably, supporting clean energy at scale through strong technical expertise and collaboration.

You'll be part of Operations Engineering where you, together with your colleagues, will support the operation and maintenance of offshore wind farms by providing technical insight into WTG components, maintenance strategies, and failure modes. You'll work closely with site teams, global engineering colleagues, and external partners to help resolve technical issues and improve fleet performance across our offshore portfolio. As a team, we care about safety, support one another's development, and succeed as one by sharing knowledge and solving problems together.

You'll play an important role in

  • supporting technical investigations into offshore WTG nonconformities and failure modes
  • contributing to root cause analysis activities and helping document corrective and preventive actions
  • assisting with troubleshooting frameworks and diagnostic methodologies for WTG systems
  • participating in change management activities related to WTG hardware, software, and firmware
  • identifying and developing technical improvements to optimized uptime and output
  • supporting site teams with technical input and coordination with OEM and engineering partners
  • contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing lessons learned and best practices

To succeed in the role, you

Position salary range

The salary range for this position is 128,000-160,000

Our salary ranges are based on position level and reflect the cost of labor across multiple U.S geographic markets. Individual pay with the range is determined by work location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Variable Compensation

Our total rewards package may include discretionary short-term and long-term incentive opportunities based on your pay band and performance. These may be changed or suspended based on the sole discretion of the company
