Job Description

Ulteig is seeking qualified candidates for a Delivery Lead position to support the execution of digital products and initiatives across the firm. The Delivery Lead plays a critical role in ensuring predictable, transparent, and high-quality delivery outcomes by owning end-to-end delivery planning and execution health for assigned initiatives.

This role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, and extended business teams to orchestrate delivery, manage dependencies, and maintain execution credibility against roadmap commitments. The Delivery Lead reports within the Program Management / Delivery function and works in tight collaboration with Product to enable data-informed prioritization and decision-making.

What You'll Do

This position requires strong delivery leadership, execution discipline, and the ability to operate within a product-oriented, agile delivery model. The Delivery Lead acts as Scrum Master within the agile team and is accountable for delivery orchestration, execution cadence, risk management, and cross-functional coordination-while enabling Product to focus on value, outcomes, and roadmap strategy.

More specifically, this role includes:

Delivery Orchestration - 30%

  • Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution health for assigned products or initiatives.
  • Manage milestones, dependencies, timelines, capacity considerations, and release coordination across teams.
  • Actively track and manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID), ensuring early visibility and mitigation.
  • Ensure delivery plans remain realistic, defensible, and aligned with roadmap commitments and available capacity.
  • Coordinate cross-team and cross-initiative dependencies, escalating tradeoffs or constraints as needed.

Execution Cadence & Transparency - 30%

  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, delivery rituals, and execution checkpoints in partnership with Product and Engineering.
  • Maintain delivery status reporting, milestone tracking, RAID logs, and execution dashboards.
  • Provide clear, concise delivery updates to Product, Program, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Ensure delivery progress remains aligned to roadmap intent, surfacing execution variance early with options and impacts.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and practices to increase predictability and flow.

Partnering with Product - 30%

  • Partner closely with Product Management to ensure backlog readiness, clear priorities, and sprint alignment.
  • Surface delivery tradeoffs, risks, constraints, and downstream impacts to inform Product decision-making.
  • Support Product in sequencing work realistically based on dependencies, capacity, and delivery risk.
  • Enable Product to make outcome-oriented decisions by translating delivery realities into actionable insights.

Partnering with the Extended Team - 10%

  • Partner with Marketing, Commercialization, Change Management, and Communications teams to support release readiness and go-to-market activities.
  • Collaborate with Quality and the Engineering Center of Excellence to ensure delivery standards, quality expectations, and readiness criteria are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional release activities to ensure smooth launches and adoption.

What We Expect from You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related discipline-or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in delivery, project management, program execution, or related roles within technology-enabled or engineering environments.
  • Strong experience operating within agile or hybrid delivery models in a product-oriented organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex dependencies, competing priorities, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven track record of improving delivery predictability, transparency, and stakeholder confidence.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to business and customer outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and common agile delivery tooling.
  • PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrates openness to innovation by embracing and applying evolving technology and AI tools to enhance workflows, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

What Success Looks Like
