Support safe and compliant grid service operationsDo you want to support safe, compliant and sustainable operations in a growing part of the energy sector? As QHSE Specialist to our business lines Grid Solution, you will help secure compliance with working environment, safety, environmental and quality requirements across service activities connected to onshore cable projects in Sweden and Denmark. This is an opportunity to contribute to the green transition in an international company while working closely with local teams, customers and colleagues across the business.Coordinate QHSE compliance across service locationsIn this role, you will support Grid Solution service operations by maintaining QHSE standards, following legal requirements and helping local teams improve ways of working. You will work across the end-to-end project process, providing QHSE support through different project stages from tendering and operations to project closing. The role combines planning with practical support and requires close collaboration with site managers, service teams and the wider QHSE function.Your responsibility will be to:
- maintain compliance with legal, customer and internal QHSE requirements
- support audits, inspections, incident investigations and risk assessments
- implement QHSE standards, tools, training and local instructions
- follow up on non-conformities, observations, KPIs and improvement actions
- work with service teams on tender, project and workshop-related QHSE documentation
The position is located in Malmö, Sweden, or Brøndby/Priorparken, Denmark. Travel in northern Europe is estimated to around 30 days per year.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Professional English and Swedish or Danish
