What's your role?
As an Agentic Automation Developer, you will:
- Approach business requirements and problems with AI-first curiosity, ensuring identification of automation opportunities where AI can deliver tangible benefits
- Design and model end-to-end agentic automation workflows in collaboration with business and technical experts, ensuring we use right tools for the right tasks
- Contribute to design and development of agentic business orchestration layer, ensuring controlled and effective scaling of our end-to-end agentic automation solutions
- Build, document, and maintain process automations that create measurable business impact
- Contribute to agentic AI governance and security framework development
- Contribute to future agentic automation platform design and development
- Enable and support citizen developers in building agentic automations
What will you bring?
Requirements for the position:
- Hands-on experience building process automations with UiPath or similar process automation tools, including both traditional RPA and agentic workflows
- Experience in designing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, orchestrating them effectively, and applying advanced prompt engineering techniques to leverage LLMs for agentic automation
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, C#, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Experience with working with APIs, databases, and integrations across systems
- Experience with DevOps practices and managing the automation lifecycle
