What's your role?
You will be part of our Weather, Energy and Environment Sales team of strong professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to support our sales managers through customer service and back-office tasks, helping them focus on core sales activities. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with other sales teams, sales operations and development teams, technical solution managers and marketing. You will report to Sales Director, Europe and Latin America.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales support and back-office tasks
- Preparing quotations for existing and new customers
- Answering customer inquiries by email and phone
- Providing customer service
- Supporting sales managers so they can focus on front line sales work
- Contacting selected customer segments to identify new opportunities
- Following up on leads and smaller customers
- Collaborating with marketing and sales operations
What will you bring?
- Strong motivation, drive and eagerness to grow in sales. Prior sales experience seen as a benefit
- Relevant commercial or similar educational background
- Good sales, presentation, communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative, solution-oriented mindset
- Technical understanding and willingness to learn technical products, solutions and customer applications
- Proactive, self-driven way of working and readiness to take initiative
- Proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages seen as a benefit
