Job Description

Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the perfect place for you! We are currently looking for Student Analyst to join CIP in Tokyo.

You will join a highly motivated international group of best-in-class colleagues with exceptional experience in investments, energy and infrastructure assets. The Flagship Fund Investment Management Team has a direct impact on the long-term success of CIP and works closely with other local and global teams within CIP including the Investment, Financial Analysis, Finance and Legal teams.

Role

As an Analyst, you will support large-scale infrastructure investments, including refinancing and divestment processes across APAC in assets like offshore wind, onshore wind, and solar PV. You'll collaborate with an experienced investment management team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. CIP will challenge and inspire you, focusing on your learning and development. Top-performing Student Analysts may be offered full-time Associate positions upon graduation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with industrial partners and advisors
  • Visualizing and presenting technical and financial data to stakeholders
  • Conducting market research and analysis
  • Managing a variable workload based on project volume, with mutual flexibility
  • Influencing your daily routine and schedule

The position is part-time and based in CIP's Tokyo office.

You

We are looking for driven and collaborative individuals holding a relevant degree within Economics, Finance, or related fields. Eligible candidates should have at least 2 years remaining until graduation (e.g., 2nd-3rd year undergraduates or 1st year Masters) and be fluent in Japanese, preferably at a native level
