Verstärke unser Team Controlling / Unternehmensplanung in Bremen als

Spezialist Konzernplanung und Controlling (m/w/d) Erneuerbare Energien in Voll- oder Teilzeit (30-40 Std./Woche)

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns

  • Mitwirkung in der Unternehmensplanung, insbesondere bei der Erstellung integrierter Finanzplanungen für einzelne Konzerngesellschaften, der Durchführung von Konsolidierungsbuchungen sowie der Aufbereitung und Präsentation der Planungsergebnisse
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Systems zur Steuerung und Kontrolle konzerninterner Leistungsverrechnungen
  • Eigenständige Analyse und Bewertung konzernweiter betriebswirtschaftlicher Fragestellungen sowie Mitarbeit bzw. fachliche Leitung ausgewählter Sonderprojekte
  • Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Analysen und Management-Reportings
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung, Optimierung und Dokumentation unserer Planungs- und Controlling Prozesse

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Controlling und in der Unternehmensplanung, idealerweise im Konzernumfeld
  • Sicheres Verständnis von GuV-, Bilanz- und Cashflow-Zusammenhängen in nationaler und internationaler Rechnungslegung
  • Erfahrung in der Planung von Intercompany-Sachverhalten und Konzernverrechnungen
  • Sehr gute MS-Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-, Planungs- und Reporting-Software (idealerweise Lucanet, PowerBI)
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Team‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft, fachlich Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Interesse an der aktiven Mitgestaltung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Planungstools und -prozessen einschließlich deren Dokumentation
