Job Description
Deliver major asset initiatives that enhance and mature our asset management practices, unlocking value across Hydro Tasmania's infrastructure portfolio.
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, from concept to completion, by developing robust business cases, defining scope, and establishing clear schedules, cost estimates, and execution plans.
Drive asset performance uplift, innovation, and continuous improvement across our asset management systems and processes.
Lead critical asset and infrastructure transformation programs, delivering operational efficiencies and building future-ready capability across the organisation.
Salary range $154,643 - $209,286 plus super

Skills & experience
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or project management.
- Experience leading complex projects or programs, ideally in industrial environment.
- Strong financial, budgeting and cost control capability.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to grow capability and drive team performance.
