Job Description
As a Working Student at RWE Renewables Europe & Australia GmbH, you will support the daily procurement activities within the area of Direct Procurement for our onshore wind and solar projects in Europe & Australia during the development and construction phase as well in the field of operation & maintenance.
Your Task
- Support of our operational onshore wind and solar projects.
- Support tenders in close cooperation with the related functions in international teams.
- Management of service contracts and agreements for spare parts and other materials for wind turbine generators, in multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Analyse and evaluate tender documents and create price comparisons.
- Manage work in SAP for purchase requisitions from technical functions.
- Support preparation of both internal and external meetings.
- Take over ad-hoc requests to support ongoing projects.
- Support the development of a lessons learned & supplier management database.
- Implement framework agreements into the SAP system to allow automatic ordering.
- Place call off's against existing framework agreements.
- Convert Purchase requisitions into Purchase Orders, where automatic SAP contracts do not exist.
- Invoice query support for purchase orders.
Your Profile
- University student ideally in the area of supply chain, project management or business administration.
- First practical experience in an international company
- Intercultural understanding and openness in working with different cultures
- Fluent in English and German.
- Firm knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong analytical & communication skills compared with creative mindset, curiosity and proactiveness
