Job Description

Deutsche Windtechnik is Europe's leading independent service provider for wind turbines. With strong roots in Germany and a growing international footprint, we support operators throughout the entire lifecycle of their wind assets.

To further establish and expand our independent onshore service footprint in the Netherlands and Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Country Manager (m/f/d) with a strong operational background in wind turbine service.

This role combines overall country responsibility with the opportunity to strengthen operational structures, expand the serviced turbine portfolio and further develop our market position across two closely connected wind markets.

The position can be based in the Netherlands or Belgium, ideally within the border region between both countries.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategic overall responsibility for the onshore business in NL & BE, including revenue, profit, budget, and people leadership.
  • Ensuring operational excellence through stable service processes, high technical quality, and reliable workforce planning.
  • Steering country-level budgeting, forecasting and KPI-based performance management.
  • Leadership and development of the country organization across both markets.
  • Further development of scalable organizational structures supporting expansion of DWT's serviced turbine portfolio in NL & BE.
  • Alignment and integration of operational structures between the Dutch and Belgian organizations.
  • Stakeholder management with customers, partners, authorities and internal Group interfaces.
  • Risk management, including operational, financial, contractual and regulatory risks.

Your profile

  • Several years of leadership experience within wind turbine service operations.
  • Strong technical understanding of wind turbines and their service requirements.
  • Leadership experience with responsibility for operational performance and financial results.
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, budgeting and KPI-driven service management.
  • Experience leading smaller or developing country organizations is an advantage.
  • Strong operational mindset and ability to translate technical understanding into business decisions.
  • Confidence working within international matrix structures.
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.
  • Business-fluent English (Dutch and/or French are an advantage).
