Job Description

Vestas is a major leader in wind technology and a driving force in the development of the wind power industry. Vestas' core business comprises the development, manufacture, sale, marketing, and maintenance of Wind Turbines. Come and join us at Vestas!

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete contract lifecycle operations across case management, shared mailboxes, SAP & Salesforce workflows
  • Ensure timely handling of tickets, emails, follow ups, escalations, and closure of cases in alignment with SLAs
  • Lead day to day team operations including workload allocation, queue monitoring, backlog management, and first time right quality review
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and other cross functional teams to resolve queries, exceptions, and documentation gaps
  • Drive excellence initiatives by standardizing processes, improving accuracy, and optimizing turnaround times
  • Maintain governance, compliance, and documentation standards for contract creation, amendments, renewals, terminations, and audit readiness
  • Ensure new team member readiness by driving comprehensive onboarding, skill ramp up, process training, and ongoing capability assessment to enable smooth integration and productivity
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, skill development, and training to build team capability and operational resilience
  • Act as the escalation point for complex contract issues, customer specific requirements, and cross team coordination challenges
  • Ensure all cases are logged, tracked, and reported accurately with strong focus on data quality, metrics visibility, and operational transparency
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly dashboards on SLA performance, case volumes, backlog status, quality metrics, and continuous improvement progress
  • Support audit activities, RCA investigations, and risk mitigation actions for process gaps and compliance deviations

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field with minimum 9-10 years of experience in contract management or commercial operations
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading teams or supervising operational processes
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Experience in customer facing roles or cross functional coordination will be an advantage
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Ariba, or similar platforms will be an asset

Competencies

  • Ability to independently manage end to end contract processes and moderate complexity cases
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using SAP, Salesforce and case management (functional level)
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in contract review and documentation
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross functional teams
  • Strong team leadership skills with ability to guide, coach, and support team members
