Deshalb suchen wir ab sofort Dich zur Unterstützung als Werkstudent:in HR Management (m/w/d) im Corporate Human Resources Team in München.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt aktiv das Personalmanagement, z.B. erstellst und bearbeitest Du Arbeitsverträge und Nachträge, sowie Nachweisschreiben und Arbeitszeugnisse
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Anlage von Stammdaten und die Pflege neuer Mitarbeiterprofile in unserem HR-System workday
  • Du übernimmst Onboarding-Aufgaben für unsere neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Du unterstützt bei Mitarbeitendenanfragen und der Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Du recherchierst und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns neue HR-Themen und -Prozesse und unterstützt beispielsweise bei der Erstellung von Leitfäden für HR-Manager:innen und -Führungskräfte

Das bringst du mit

  • Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Resources Management
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen und digitalen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
  • Hohes Maß an Empathie und Kommunikationsfreude mit Menschen auf allen hierarchischen Ebenen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Verfügbarkeit von 15 - 20 Stunden pro Woche für mindestens 6 Monate (mit Option auf Verlängerung)
