The Opportunity
As a Senior Reward Partner, you'll play a key role in contributing to the design and delivering of reward, recognition, and performance strategies from an early stage of maturity. You'll influence how we attract, retain, and motivate talent across a rapidly evolving business as well as playing a lead role in developing out and embedding a strong governance and control framework.
This role offers flexible hybrid working, with opportunities to connect with colleagues in #Durham, #Edinburgh, #London, and Dublin alongside occasional travel for key meetings and collaboration.
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll lead impactful HR initiatives that align reward frameworks to business performance. You'll bring clarity, structure, and insight to complex challenges, helping to shape a fair and competitive employee proposition.
Who You Are
We're looking for a Senior Reward Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building reward frameworks from the ground up. You'll be analytical, commercially aware, and confident working with senior stakeholders. To be shortlisted, you need to offer...
- Proven experience delivering reward, recognition, and performance activities in a fast-paced sector
- Experience operating at Reward Manager, HR Operations Manager, or Head of Reward level
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for delivering HR initiatives through wider teams
- Experience managing HR projects from conception to implementation across scope, timelines, cost, and quality
- A proven track record of delivering against implementation plans
- Working knowledge of job evaluation methodologies
- Experience producing board-level reports and papers that support strategic proposals
- Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and embedding reward, recognition, and performance plans aligned to our reward strategy and wider business goals
- Lead the construction, implementation and management of a strong and robust suite of back-end operating processes focusing on reward activity, including the migration of our job family architecture into our HRIS Leading HR projects and initiatives from concept through to delivery with measurable outcomes
- Producing insight-led analysis and board-ready reporting to inform decision-making
- Partnering with senior leaders to influence reward strategy and organisational performance
- Driving continuous improvement in reward practices to support growth, employee engagement and market competitiveness
