  • Configurer et installer des périphériques, des logiciels et des équipements ;
  • Assurer la maintenance et la mise à jour des systèmes informatiques ;
  • Assurer la documentation précise de tous les problèmes, solutions et processus.

À propos de vous

  • Vous avez un diplôme en informatique ou expérience équivalente ;
  • Vous avez de l'expérience préalable en support informatique ;
  • Connaissance pratique de Windows, MacOS, Linux, réseaux, serveurs et périphériques ;
  • Compétences de résolution de problèmes et de dépannage ;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

Principaux critères d'éligibilité

  • Le français est votre langue maternelle ou vous le parlez couramment ;
  • Vous êtes disponible pour une période de 6 mois, 5 jours par semaine.
