You'll make an impact by
- You develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored to the Energy vertical, ensuring alignment with both global and regional business objectives- Building on this, you conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, translating these insights into actionable plans- Subsequently, you collaborate closely with sales teams, product management, and internal stakeholders to craft compelling messaging and value propositions for our solutions- In the next step, you plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital platforms, events, webinars, and content marketing, maintaining brand consistency throughout- Finally, you monitor and analyze campaign performance, provide regular reports and insights, and optimize future marketing activities to maximize engagement and impact

- Education: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field with several years of relevant professional experience- Experience and Skills:- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the industrial, B2B, or technology sector- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Ways of Working: You are proactive, results-oriented, and excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously with a willingness to travel 20-25% - Languages: You are fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
