Join us in this role where you'll be responsible for the implementation and organization of the operation and maintenance activities at the offshore substations. You will manage the internal and external personnel at the substations, perform troubleshooting tasks in the LV and mechanical area on the offshore substations and support in the planning/preparation of work tasks, such as retrofits, lessons learned, RAMS, WI, etc.
You'll play an important role in
- carry out maintenance and operation tasks offshore, scheduled LV and mechanical maintenance, testing, and inspection tasks offshore
- assist with LV switching operations, including LOTO, issue/cancel safety documents under predefined circumstances in line with Electrical Safety Rules and internal procedures
- ensure the general safety of all work groups at the offshore substation by coordinating, supervising and instructing the personnel.
- support the Planners in preparing maintenance schedules, ensuring that all tasks align with operational priorities and resource availability
- contribute to proactive management, good coordination and communication between all parties and that the process works effectively.
To succeed in the role, you
- appropriate electrical qualification and background related to scope of work (master craftsman, state-certified technician, bachelor's degree, etc.)
- have significant experience in LV electrical maintenance and mechanical systems maintenance, preferably in offshore wind, oil & gas, or energy sectors
- possess comprehensive knowledge of LV / Cranes / Diesel Generators, HVA/C systems
- previous experience working with safety rules
- can work both independently and as part of a team, possess good communication skills (English and Polish)
- demonstrate high personal and professional reliability
- have IT user skills (Microsoft Office, cloud applications)
- physically fit, role requires climbing skills, resistant to offshore conditions.
