We are looking for a Finance Assistant (Student) to join our team and support PMS-related processes within the Finance department. This role is ideal for a student who is detail-oriented, well-organised, and eager to gain experience in finance, payroll coordination, and project support in an international environment.

Main purpose of the role

The main purpose of the position is to support the coordination of working hours in the PMS system and ensure accurate calculation and reporting in line with company rules, contracts, and project requirements.

Your qualifications

  • Student status (finance, accounting, economics or related field preferred)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • English at minimum B2 level
  • Understanding of finance/accounting principles is an advantage

Your Role

  • Daily control and approval of working hours in the PMS system
  • Monitoring and correcting incorrectly reported hours
  • Ensuring alignment of hours with signed technician contracts
  • Updating PMS database (rates, contracts, permissions, and system data)
  • Supporting salary and payroll calculations for onshore, offshore, and service projects
  • Assisting with invoice coordination for self-employed technicians
  • Supporting preparation of Danish payroll calculations and related documentation
  • Preparing reports, summaries, and cost data for projects and monthly closing
  • Supporting Project Managers with salary rate calculations and manpower reporting
  • Handling queries and discrepancies related to hours, rates, and calculations
  • Ensuring smooth information flow between Finance, Projects, and other departments
