We're looking for a Heating Sales Engineer to join our Retail team and help apartment associations, commercial buildings, and property owners across Estonia adopt smarter, more efficient heating solutions. You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and meeting customers to closing contracts and handing projects over to our delivery team.
What you will work on
You'll own the customer journey from first contact to signed contract, working closely with customers, technical experts, and delivery teams to bring heating projects to life:
- Identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities across Estonia
- Building relationships with apartment associations, property managers, commercial building owners, and other key stakeholders
- Understanding customer needs, assessing project suitability, and shaping the right solution together with our technical team
- Preparing and presenting proposals, conducting site visits, and guiding customers through the decision-making process
- Leading commercial negotiations, presenting at apartment association meetings, and closing contracts
- Ensuring a smooth handover to our engineering and construction teams while maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project
This role offers significant freedom and responsibility. Some meetings, especially with apartment associations, can take place outside standard office hours, so flexibility is important.
What describes you
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a technical field
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A proactive sales mindset - you're not put off by "no", and you see things through
- General understanding of heat pumps or willingness to quickly build product knowledge with the support of our technical team
- Strong Estonian, working-level Russian and English
- Category B driver's license and willingness to regularly visit sites across Estonia
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling heat pumps or other heating systems
- B2B sales experience with apartment associations, property management companies, or real estate owners
What's in it for you
- Help accelerate the energy transition in Estonia
- Work with a clear, impactful product that helps customers reduce heating costs
- Take ownership of the sales cycle and see the direct impact of your contribution
- Shape the sales process in a vertical where we are still pioneers
What we offer
- Support for your wellbeing, inside and outside work - a quarterly sports allowance via Stebby, comprehensive employer-provided health insurance (including dental care and specialist visits), and access to mental health counselling and coaching via siffi.com.
- Time to rest and reset - 28 working days of annual leave, counted only in working days and usable flexibly, plus additional paid days off, including health days and leave for important life events.
- Room to grow professionally - meaningful, hands-on challenges and a dedicated training budget for courses, certifications, and conferences, alongside internal learning opportunities to support your development.
- Flexible hybrid work - we work in a hybrid way, with no fixed rules on office days. You are trusted to balance remote work with time in the office, and while much can be done remotely, a lot happens in the office and being there regularly makes collaboration easier.
- Work that contributes to the energy transition - you will be part of a team building and scaling renewable energy across the region, working on services that support a more sustainable energy system.
If you are excited about contributing to the renewable energy sector, we would love to hear from you! We review applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
