We are looking for a Field Service Operations Coordinator. The location for this position is Budapest, Hungary. We offer a possibility to hybrid work.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Plans and coordinates field service operations, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and established service standards.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between field service teams, customers, and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and shared understanding across all parties.
  • Oversees field service activities to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, service standards, operational processes, and customer-specific policies and regulations.
  • Provides guidance and support in resolving technical and operational challenges, enabling field service personnel to deliver efficient and effective solutions.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing enhancements to field service processes.
  • Maintains comprehensive and accurate documentation of field service operations, including resource allocation, service timelines, and customer feedback.

Requirements for the position

  • Degree in Engineering is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP, CRM (purchasing, mobility, FS & Sales).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in technical communication, ensuring clarity in complex technical matters.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage workflows efficiently.
  • Solid contractual knowledge and understanding of service agreements.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver effective solutions across installation, operation, maintenance, and repair processes.
  • Proven teamwork and collaboration abilities in multicultural environments.
  • Cost awareness and effectiveness, ensuring resource optimization.
  • Familiarity with Quality, Safety & Environmental standards and compliance requirements.
  • Competence in Health & Safety follow-up and internal process adherence.
  • Ability to monitor and follow up on competence and skill development within internal frameworks.
  • Valid driving license.
