Join us in this role where you'll lead our architecture direction across Shared Functions Digital Technology, helping us simplify and consolidate platforms, reduce complexity, and ensure our solutions support the business long term with scaleable, integrated and automated (AI) platforms. You'll guide the solution architects, drive architectural governance and engage closely with senior business stakeholders to achieve the business goal set out.
You'll be part of Shared Functions Digital Technology where you, together with your colleagues, will set the technology and solution architecture direction across our shared functions platform, ensuring strong alignment across domains, vendors, and roadmaps. You'll lead through your solutions architects, working across Denmark, Malaysia and Poland, and collaborate closely with product, delivery, and business stakeholders.
As a team, we take ownership, challenge complexity with curiosity and support each other in delivering lasting, sustainable outcomes.
You'll play an important role in
- leading solution architecture and enabling them to deliver through clear direction, delegation, and coaching
- setting and governing enterprise and solution architecture principles, standards, and target states across - driving platform simplification and consolidation, balancing cost, risk, and business value
- partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape priorities, roadmaps, and investment decisions
- ensuring strong architectural direction for SAP-centric landscapes, and contributing to integration and workflow design (e.g., ServiceNow, where relevant)
- strengthening architectural ways of working, including decision forums, documentation standards, and cross-domain alignment.
To succeed in the role, you
- bring leadership experience from a complex technology landscape, including leading leaders, or equivalent experience
- are skilled at setting direction, influencing decisions, and building alignment across senior stakeholders in a large organization
- have strong understanding of enterprise and solution architecture, including SAP landscapes, integrations, and governance
- are comfortable driving simplification and standardisation, turning complexity into pragmatic, scalable solutions
- communicate clearly and confidently, balancing long-term perspective with practical delivery needs
- bring a collaborative mindset, and create clarity, trust, and momentum across teams, partners, and vendors.
