Job Description

NKT is looking for a dedicated Document Controller to support our high‑voltage cable projects and tenders with high‑quality documentation management. In this role, you will ensure that all project documentation is prepared, structured, and delivered with precision, supporting global teams working toward the green transition. This opportunity places you at the core of project execution, where your coordination skills and quality directly affect successful project delivery. You will contribute to the ongoing improvement of document management processes and help maintain rigorous standards across international interfaces. Ensure accurate, timely and structured document delivery

As a Document Controller, you will ensure that documentation across tenders and projects is managed according to contractual, customer, and internal requirements. You will work closely with project managers, tender teams, customers, and suppliers to maintain a smooth document flow and uphold NKT's documentation standards. Your daily tasks include managing document transmittals, monitoring review cycles, optimizing document control routines, and preparing final documentation packages. You will maintain clarity, structure, and compliance in every document exchange and support the team by consistently applying and improving document control processes.

Your responsibility will be to

  • Ensure incoming documentation is checked, distributed, and stored according to agreed processes
  • Monitor document flow, track status, and report progress to project or tender managers
  • Compile and prepare final documentation packages in line with contract requirements
  • Maintain project lists, archive documents, and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards
  • Manage official project correspondence and ensure customer documentation is accepted before submission
