HR & Office Management Team
The role is based in Rotterdam and works closely with the HR Manager NL and in daily coordination with the Office Manager. Positioned between HR operations and office coordination, the role combines structured administration with frequent interaction with employees and managers.
You support colleagues throughout the full employee life cycle. This includes welcoming new hires, supporting onboarding, answering HR related questions, and ensuring smooth offboarding. You are a first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, terms and conditions, leave and practical people topics, helping translate policies into clear and workable guidance.
Recruitment is also part of the role. You support hiring processes by coordinating vacancies, scheduling interviews, and interacting with candidates, contributing to a professional, transparent, and welcoming candidate experience. This gives you direct exposure to hiring activities and close collaboration with managers and recruitment partners.
Alongside HR activities, you support office related coordination that directly impacts employees, such as onboarding logistics and general office administration linked to employee support. You collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, IT, Facilities, HSE and Procurement, while ownership of facilities and vendor management remains with the Office Manager. In this role, you help ensure that HR and office processes are compliant with Dutch legislation, well-organized and continuously improving as the organization grows.
What you bring to the team
- You bring a combination of HR knowledge, organizational skills and a people oriented mindset, together with the ability to work comfortably in a growing, international organization.
- A Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Human Resource Management or a comparable field
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR operational or coordination role
- Experience with payroll processes and Dutch labor law
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- A structured, accurate and reliable way of working, with strong attention to confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work comfortably with different stakeholders
- Enjoyment of working in a diverse, inclusive and international environment
- Comfort with change, coordination and continuous improvement
