Job Description

Do you want to shape how commercial processes and CRM come together in a growing business line? As CRM Product Owner for our business line Grid Solutions, you will help build the CRM foundation for a newly established business line and support the shift towards more scalable, data-based sales processes. This is an opportunity to work in an international company connected to the green transition, where your work will support better decisions, clearer processes, and long-term business development.

Design CRM processes and commercial system setup

In this role, you will define and improve sales processes in CRM for out business line Grid Solutions and support how these connect with quotation, pricing, product configuration, and related systems. You will act as a key link between business and IT, helping translate operational needs into practical CRM solutions. The role also includes work with sales KPIs, dashboards, and market insights that support prioritization and planning across the commercial organization.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • own the CRM roadmap for Grid Solutions
  • define, test, and improve CRM workflows and system integrations
  • work with IT on requirements, prioritization, and issue follow-up
  • develop sales KPIs, dashboards, and market insight reporting
  • support user adoption, data quality, onboarding, and training materials

You will report to the Head of Business Development, HVS, and collaborate with CRM users, IT, sales, market intelligence, and other stakeholders. This position involves travel of 10-20 days per year and can be based in Copenhagen (DK) or Cologne (DE). We offer a hybrid work model.

Your background:

  • Experience working with CRM systems such as SAP C4C, Salesforce, or similar tools

  • Good understanding of system integrations and commercial tool landscape
  • Experience from an industrial, technical, project-based, or SaaS environment is an advantage
  • Experience working with sales metrics and analytics in a changing environment is highly valued
  • Affinity with data, reporting, and dashboards
  • Seasoned user of Microsoft 365 tools, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using Power BI or Qlik is beneficial
