Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for driving profitable and sustainable sales growth across the assigned territory by leading Cluster Team Leaders (TLs), TCRs, and field sales teams. The role is responsible for delivering commercial targets, ensuring portfolio quality, driving customer adoption and usage, and building a high-performance sales culture aligned with company objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales performance and achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, market share, and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop Cluster Team Leaders (TLs), TCRs, and field sales teams to deliver high performance, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Ensure portfolio quality by achieving a minimum of 90% repayment efficiency and maintaining an average customer usage rate of 1.2 across all sales within the region.
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies and action plans aligned with national business objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and usage to ensure sustainable growth and long-term customer value.
- Monitor and analyses sales, usage, repayment, and operational performance data to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Ensure full carbon compliance and adherence to company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen market presence and business performance.
- Drive field execution excellence through regular coaching, market visits, performance reviews, and effective territory management.
- Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth, improve execution, and achieve business objectives.
Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales management with consistent achievement of targets.
- Strong team management and coaching skills.
- Skilled in interpreting sales data and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Leadership ability - proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
