Rattaché.e à la Responsable ICPE etTerritoire, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Anticiper et mener les actions permettant d'assurer la conformité réglementaire des parcs éoliens et photovoltaïques dont la gestion de l'exploitation est assurée par RES Services, en particulier au regard de la réglementation ICPE.
  • Assurer le suivi réglementaire des sites (mise à jour de la documentation, préparation des contrôles administratifs en lien avec les services de l'Etat, suivi et traitement des non-conformités, gestion des déchets, veille réglementaire...).
  • Identification des interlocuteurs clés des territoires (collectivités et autorités locales, riverains des parcs en exploitation, propriétaires fonciers, exploitants agricoles...) et mise à jour de la base de données dédiée.
  • Suivi et traitement des plaintes et réclamations émanant des territoires, caractérisation et suivi des actions correctives pour les problèmes tels que les interférences télévisuelles, les nuisances sonores et visuelles, les dégradations de voirie et toutes autres perturbations de l'environnement local.
  • Assurer le lien avec les différentes diverses équipes en interne : chargé.es d'affaires gestion d'actifs pour la relation client, site managers pour la relation maintenancier (relais terrain), chargé.es d'affaires environnement comme levier facilitateur pour la mise en œuvre des engagements environnementaux en lien avec les territoires...

Profil recherché

Vous êtes en préparation d'un Bac +4/5 avec spécialisation en QSE, environnement et/ou aménagement du territoire.

Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les énergies renouvelables et êtes curieux des sujets en lien avec la conformité réglementaire. Des connaissances du cadre réglementaire (Code de l'environnement, ICPE) seraient appréciées.

Vous êtes enthousiaste et possédez un fort esprit d'équipe.

Vous êtes rigoureux.se, avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et rédactionnelle ainsi qu'un bon esprit de synthèse. Bon relationnel et goût pour la communication indispensable.
