Job Description
Join NKT in a role that connects CAPEX governance, system support, and business improvement across an international organization. You will own day-to-day support, adoption, and continuous improvement of the CAPEX tool, helping teams work with consistent data, reliable reporting, and clear processes. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to the green transition by supporting investment decisions across the business. Keep CAPEX operations stable and consistent
In this role, you will act as the main business contact for the CAPEX tool and related process standards. You will support users, coordinate incidents and improvement requests with, and help maintain common templates, workflows, and reporting standards. The role also includes governance of master data, backlog prioritization, UAT coordination, and communication around releases and changes. You will work closely with CAPEX project managers, finance, procurement, IT, and process owners to support reliable planning, execution, and tracking across sites and functions.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Provide first-line functional support and coordinate further support when needed
- Maintain user guides, SOPs, and training materials
- Govern usage standards, workflows, and documentation requirements
- Support reports and dashboards with consistent KPI definitions
- Coordinate UAT, releases and backlog priorities
You will work across manufacturing sites and shared functions, in close collaboration with CAPEX project managers, site controllers, procurement and IT.

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, and organized, with a practical approach to user support and process governance. You communicate clearly with both end users and management, work carefully with documentation and change control, and are comfortable balancing business needs with standard ways of working. You also have:
- 5+ years of experience in CAPEX controlling, project execution, PMO, finance, or a similar area using CAPEX, ERP, or project portfolio tools
- Experience translating business needs into system requirements and supporting UAT, training, and change management
- Good understanding of data structures, reporting, and integrations with finance or ERP systems
- Experience acting as system or product owner
- Training or certification in ERP/PM systems or project management
