NKT Shared Service Centre in Kaunas is looking for an HR Specialist to join the local team and contribute to daily HR operations in an international environment. In this role, you will work closely with HR processes, employee administration, and communication, supporting both employees and managers. It is an opportunity to be part of a global company connected to the green transition and organisational development. Support employee lifecycle administration and HR processes
In this role, you will manage administrative HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, ensuring employee records and documentation are accurate and updated. You will work with HR policies, support onboarding and offboarding activities, and coordinate communication and training initiatives.
Your responsibility will be to:
- Manage employee records, agreements, and administrative lifecycle processes.
- Update HR policies and ensure alignment with local labour law requirements.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
- Coordinate HR-related communication across teams.
- Organise internal and external training activities.
You will be part of the HR team based in Kaunas, working closely with colleagues locally and internationally.
