Manage industrial IT/OT programs from scoping to handover to operations

In this role, you will manage projects and smaller initiatives across industrial applications, information systems and IT/OT infrastructure. You will work closely with business teams, IT colleagues and external partners to keep projects aligned with business and IT strategy. The position combines planning, coordination, governance and communication, with a clear focus on safe delivery, operational stability and long-term value for the business.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Define, scope and plan IT/OT projects and initiatives
  • Manage budgets, resources, timelines, risks and dependencies
  • Coordinate internal teams, vendors and business stakeholders
  • Ensure security, governance, compliance and change control
  • Prepare handover to operations, maintenance and service management

You will work across several IT and business interfaces and report to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions, with regular contact with Group IT and business stakeholders. Travel is expected for around 20-30 working days per year.
