Job Description
- Assist Field Area Manager or Field Area Supervisor in planning and implementing local Field Service strategies
- Monitor Field Service and WEC performance and prepare related reports
- Organize and support internal and external meetings and events
(agenda management, preparation, minutes, follow‑ups, venue coordination) - Support budget planning activities
- Track and control technicians' working hours and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare availability and reallocation reports and communicate with After Sales
- Follow up on invoices and service‑related documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding of local staff
(accounts, assets, handover documentation, KECA registration/dismissal) - Manage hotel bookings and accommodation arrangements for the service team
- Handle ad‑hoc operational and coordination tasks related to daily field service activities
Secondary Responsibilities
- Office administration and facility maintenance support
- Visitor reception and meeting room coordination
- Mail and courier shipment management
- Maintain address books and databases
- Support fleet operations
- Monitor vehicle mileage
- Handle new requests and incident follow‑ups
- Coordinate regular maintenance and inspection schedules
- Support APAC training coordination activities
- Provide local support for ARIS, ISO and internal/external audits
- Coordinate HSE and risk assessment‑related meetings and support documentation preparation
- Support identification of required materials when the warehouse supervisor is unavailable
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, operational or coordination roles
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- English communication skills
(minimum equivalent to TOEIC Speaking Level 6) - Strong communication, organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑cultural environments
- Open-minded and proactive attitude
