Working Student Finance & Controlling (all genders)

Job Description

We are looking for a Working Student Finance & Controlling to support the digitization and optimization of our finance processes.

In this role, you will work on financial KPI analysis and reporting using Power BI, support the Monthly Management Review, and help ensure high data quality. You will also contribute to stakeholder presentations and assist in improving internal finance processes and documentation.

The position is based in Munich

What you will do

• Actively contribute to the digitization of Finance processes by developing and implementing analyses for financial KPIs using Power BI
• Support data analysis for the Monthly Management Review with top management
• Collect, prepare, and structure relevant data, including defining measures to ensure high data quality
• Create and structure presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Draft and maintain documentation for internal processes

What you will need to succeed

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Digitalization
• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel; experience with tools such as Power BI is a plus
• You have a good command of English (written and spoken)
• You are available to work around 20 hours per week for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.
