Their core technology focuses on solar energy, battery storage, and integration of EV charging points, offering turnkey solutions that are designed, developed, built, financed, owned, and managed without requiring customers to invest capital upfront (CapEx) (source: catalyze.com). Their flagship product is the proprietary software platform REenergyze®, which automates portfolio analysis for thousands of properties and identifies renewable opportunities (source: catalyze.com). Catalyze targets owners of C&I real estate, business operators, renewable developers, and public sector clients, offering creative financial structures such as sale-leaseback arrangements to convert energy costs into revenue (source: catalyze.com).
