Your position

As the Renewables business continues to scale, we are strengthening our Business Controlling team. In this role, you will be the key financial point of contact on some of the largest and most strategically important tenders submitted by Semco Maritime - at times reaching beyond the 100 million EUR mark. These tenders relate to the repair and maintenance of offshore windfarms, including turbines and offshore substations.

Business controlling in Sales & Tendering means combining financial expertise with commercial insight:

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Controlling calculations and documentation used for service offers
  • Preparing approval material for senior management
  • Financial and commercial analysis of contract terms
  • Analysing actual project costs to improve cost calculations
  • Providing administrative and analytical support to Sales and Tendering teams

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront - views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect travel up to 15 days per year.

Your profile

We imagine that you bring 3-5 years of experience from a similar financial or analytical role, and that you bring a curious mindset as well as great collaboration skills.

Your qualifications

  • Completed M.sc. or B.sc. within business administration, economics, finance, auditing or similar
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of financial theory
  • Clear and precise written communication
