Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement (m/w/d)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns

  • Ausbildungsstationen im Bereich der Verwaltung (IT-/Ordermanagement, Empfang, Gebäude- und Fuhrparkmanagement) sowie zusätzliche Einblicke in weitere Bereiche des Unternehmens, z. B. Finanzbuchhaltung und Personalabteilung
  • Organisation und Koordination von Büro- und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Kommunikation mit internen Ansprechpartnern sowie Kunden und Dienstleistern
  • Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Rechnungen und allgemeinem Schriftverkehr
  • Planung und Organisation von Terminen, Meetings und administrativen Abläufen

Das bringst du mit

  • Einen guten Schulabschluss, idealerweise Mittlere Reife oder (Fach-)Abitur
  • Interesse an kaufmännischen Abläufen und Bürotätigkeiten
