V162 Blades: Engineering, Lead Worker

Responsibilities

  • EHS & Quality Compliance: Ensure all shift activities strictly comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, while adhering to company health, safety, environment, and security policies.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise, audit, and coordinate shift-based technical teams (Mould, Electrical, or Mechanical) to ensure proper maintenance execution, safety discipline, and 5S compliance.
  • Composite Tooling & Surface Maintenance: Oversee and execute composite mould tooling, precise equipment installation, and dedicated mould surface maintenance/fault repairs to ensure quick delivery back to production.
  • Rapid Breakdown Response: Drive a fast-response culture to address user-department requests immediately, minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing plant manufacturing efficiency.
  • Preventative & Routine Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and execute routine maintenance, equipment inspections, and thermal/vacuum scanning to prevent process failures and operational losses.
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Repair: Oversee and execute hands-on technical repairs, including mould surface/heating system faults, electrical/electronic sub-functions, and plant mechanical machinery.
  • Utility & Infrastructure Management: Take responsibility for the seamless operation and backup tracking of auxiliary facilities, including water, pressurized air/vacuum systems, generators, and A/C centers.
  • Continuous Improvement & Documentation: Draft standard operating and safety instructions, update technical databases/drawings, and execute engineering improvement projects to upgrade the plant with latest technologies.

Qualifications

  • Requires an ITI, 12th, or Diploma with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience and a good proficiency in English.
