Job Description
Ready to power the future? We are expanding our Operations & Maintenance team and looking for hands on, motivated Service Technician who wants to grow the career in the fast moving world of solar energy.
If you love solving technical challenges, enjoy working independently, and want to be part of a sector that truly matters, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Tackling and resolving technical issues in photovoltaic (PV) power plants
- Supporting troubleshooting, repairs, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Working closely with your supervisor to complete assigned tasks
- Preparing clear and accurate work reports
- Collaborating with local service partners, subcontractors, manufacturers, and distributors
- Contributing to a safe working environment by following internal HSE practices
- Ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with customer requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Background as an electrician or electronics technician (ANRE authorization = big plus)
- Fluent Romanian and communicative level of English
- Category B driving license - active driver
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Strong independence, organization, and problem‑solving mindset
- Reliability, responsibility, and flexibility
- Genuine desire to learn, grow, and keep up with new technologies
