As Cluster Head for Rajasthan, you will lead the delivery of large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid projects across one of India's most dynamic renewable energy regions. This is your opportunity to drive real impact - building the clean energy infrastructure that will define tomorrow.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end construction management of multiple renewable energy projects across the Rajasthan cluster, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee site execution planning, resource mobilization, logistics coordination, and contractor deployment across all project locations.
  • Provide strategic oversight of civil, mechanical, electrical, and SCADA construction activities while ensuring adherence to quality assurance plans and EPC contract requirements.
  • Supervise pre-commissioning, SAT, and commissioning activities, coordinating with grid operators, vendors, and Owner's Engineers for grid synchronization and regulatory approvals.
  • Champion a zero-tolerance safety culture by driving HSE compliance, conducting audits, and leading incident investigations across all sites.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with local authorities, utilities, landowners, community leaders, and regulatory bodies to secure timely approvals and permits.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and risk mitigation strategies while providing regular progress dashboards to senior leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience in construction management within renewable energy or power infrastructure projects.
  • Proven delivery of large-scale solar or hybrid projects of 100+ MW capacity across multiple sites.
  • Strong expertise in EPC contracting models, substation construction (33kV / 132kV / 220kV), and transmission infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of grid code compliance, statutory approvals (CEIG, environmental, land), and renewable project execution models.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large multidisciplinary teams with resilience and adaptability in remote site environments.

Location

Rajasthan, India - On Site. This role requires full-time presence across project sites within the Rajasthan cluster, with travel between locations as needed.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary package aligned with your experience and the scale of responsibility.
  • Career growth within a global energy leader operating across 30+ countries with clear progression pathways.
  • A diverse range of missions - from project planning and construction oversight to commissioning and stakeholder engagement.
  • Stimulating, high-impact work at the forefront of India's renewable energy transformation.
