  • Lead on-site QA/QC management, ensuring all quality protocols, SOPs, and work instructions are strictly implemented.
  • Monitor non-conformance reports, lead root cause analyses, and drive timely corrective actions to closure.
  • Compile and distribute weekly, monthly, and yearly QA/QC reports and statistics to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Solid knowledge of Quality Control Plans, inspection and test plans, and quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent).
  • Experience conducting factory acceptance tests and vendor audits.
  • Familiarity with renewable energy construction (solar, wind, or battery storage) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and contractors.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
