You'll be part of Projects and Operations where you, together with the manager of Projects & Operations, will ensure that Corporate Affairs activities are delivered effectively, with strong governance and operational excellence across the Americas. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across functions, supporting both regional and global initiatives. As a team, we collaborate closely, support one another, and focus on delivering high-quality, compliant outcomes that create value for both the business and the communities we engage with.

You'll play an important role in

  • leading the governance framework for Sponsorships and Donations across the Americas, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • designing and improving operational processes, documentation standards, and reporting for community investment activities
  • reviewing and supporting the processing of sponsorship and donation requests in line with compliance and policy requirements
  • managing budgets, tracking activities, and delivering insights to senior stakeholders on performance and risks
  • acting as a key liaison across procurement, finance, legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of activities
  • serving as Executive Assistant to the Head of Corporate Affairs, including calendar management, travel planning, expenses, meeting logistics, and preparation for key engagements
  • supporting senior Corporate Affairs leadership with calendar management, travel planning, and preparation for key engagements.

To succeed in the role, you

  • have relevant academic qualifications or equivalent professional experience
  • have experience working with structured processes involving compliance, documentation, or governance of operational activities

Position salary range: For this position, the expected base pay range is $87,450.00- $100,000.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
