You'll join us in this role where you'll operate and continuously improve our Kubernetes platforms, ensuring they remain stable, secure, and easy to consume by multiple product teams across the organization. You'll play a hands-on role in platform operations, incident handling, and maturing our Infrastructure as Code and self-service capabilities.

You'll be part of the Cloud Platforms Product Suite, part of larger IT Infrastructure Product Line., joining the Kubernetes product team responsible for delivering a stable and secure enterprise container platform. Alongside your colleagues, will provide IT integration services to all business units in our organization, enabling the business to grow rapidly across the globe. As a global platform team, we follow lean‑agile principles emphasising collaboration and continuous improvement.
You'll play an important role in
- operating and supporting Kubernetes clusters in Azure and AWS
- maintaining and extending Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- troubleshooting platform issues and participate in incident resolution
- supporting CI/CD activities used by platform and customer product teams
- contributing to platform standards, documentation, and self-service capabilities
- collaborating with product teams, architects, and security to ensure compliant platform usage.
To succeed in the role, you
- have hands-on experience operating Kubernetes clusters in Azure or AWS
- have a team-player mindset to platform engineering
- are strongly aligned work our technology stack: Terraform, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bash, Go, or Python
- have an understanding of cloud networking, identity, and security fundamentals
- have worked with an agile methodology in an international, English-speaking environment
- have experience and relevant certifications within CKA, CKAD, or CKS
- have experience with internal developer platforms and/or shared cloud platforms,
- have exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch,
- have experience supporting multiple teams on a shared Kubernetes platform.
