If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the place for you. We are currently looking for a motivated Regulatory Marketing Manager to join our Legal team, based in our headquarters in Copenhagen.

Team

For the purpose of marketing the fund strategies and supporting fundraising, The Legal team plays a critical role in supporting CIP's global investment platform, providing legal and regulatory guidance across the organization. Consisting of experienced legal and regulatory professionals, the team partners closely with Investor Relations, Compliance, Finance, and external advisors to ensure that CIP operates within applicable legal and regulatory frameworks across all go-to-market target jurisdictions.

As part of the Legal team, you will support CIP's global fundraising activities by overseeing regulatory marketing requirements and helping navigate increasingly complex cross-border regulatory environments. You will work with stakeholders across the business and act as a key link between internal teams and external regulatory counsel to ensure efficient and compliant fundraising and marketing activities.

Role

As our new Regulatory Marketing Manager in Legal, you will be responsible for managing CIP's regulatory marketing framework across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring that marketing and fundraising activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and market practices.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to Investor Relations teams, providing practical guidance on marketing permissions, local regulatory requirements, and go-to-market strategies. At the same time, you will guide efforts to enhance governance, refine processes, and put scalable solutions in place that support CIP's ongoing global growth.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to

  • Manage, coordinate, and execute marketing permission and regulatory filing processes across jurisdictions in close collaboration with external regulatory advisors
  • Track and manage marketing authorization status across funds and jurisdictions, ensuring compliance and timely execution
  • Oversee budgeting and cost management related to marketing licences, regulatory filings, and associated regulatory processes
  • Monitor ongoing regulatory obligations and internal governance requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable standards
  • Advise Investor Relations teams on marketing permissions, local rules, and market practices to support compliant and effective fundraising activities
  • Support process improvements and standardization initiatives, including the development of scalable frameworks and the use of technology and AI-enabled solutions

You

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a relevant degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, combined with 5+ years of relevant experience within legal, regulatory, compliance, or financial services environments.

You have a good understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, preferably within marketing regulation regimes applicable to investment funds or financial institutions. Experience working with cross-border regulatory requirements, external counsel, and stakeholder management in an international organization will be considered an advantage.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Danish language skills are not required.
