Syndikusrechtsanwalt / Volljurist (m/w/d)

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns

Die Schwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen des allgemeinen Zivilrechts sowie dem Recht der Erneuerbaren Energien:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Beratung der Projektentwicklungsabteilungen in allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen der Entwicklung und Realisierung von Onshore-Wind- und Solarparks in Deutschland innerhalb eines Teams mit weiteren Jurist:innen
  • Selbstständiges Erstellen, Prüfen, Verhandeln und Überarbeiten von Verträgen
  • Rechtliche Begleitung interdisziplinärer Abstimmungsprozesse im Rahmen der Projektentwicklung sowie aus den Bereichen des Projektein- und verkaufs
  • Prüfen und Bewerten grundstücksrechtlicher Sachverhalte

Dein Profil

  • Volljurist (m/w/d) mit Erfahrungen im Schuldrecht und in der Vertragsgestaltung - idealerweise auch im Mietrecht, Grundstücksrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht und/oder im Recht der Erneuerbaren Energien
  • Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und interdisziplinäres Arbeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
