Une société de VINCI Energies, basée sur Muret et composée de plusieurs entreprises dans le domaine du réseau electrique et PV, recherche en CDI :

Missions principales

Rattaché.e au RAF de la société, plusieurs missions vous seront confiées :

1. Gestion de la paie

  • Assurer la collecte, le contrôle et la saisie des éléments variables de paie.
  • Réaliser et contrôler les bulletins de salaire.
  • Garantir la conformité des paies avec la législation sociale, les conventions collectives et les accords d'entreprise.
  • Établir les soldes de tout compte et documents de fin de contrat.
  • Contrôler les charges sociales et réaliser les déclarations sociales nominatives (DSN).
  • Assurer les relations avec les organismes sociaux (URSSAF, CPAM, caisses de retraite, prévoyance, mutuelle, médecine du travail).

2. Administration du personnel

  • Gérer les dossiers admin des salariés (de l'embauche à la sortie).
  • Rédiger les contrats de travail, avenants et autres courriers administratifs.
  • Assurer le suivi des titres de séjour et obligations réglementaires.
  • Gérer les absences (congés, RTT, maladie, accidents du travail, etc.).
  • Tenir à jour les tableaux de bord RH et les bases de données du personnel.
  • Veiller à la bonne application des procédures RH au sein des différentes sociétés.

3. Support RH et social

  • Contribuer à la préparation des indicateurs sociaux et des bilans RH.
  • Apporter un soutien à l'équipe RH sur les dossiers disciplinaires.
  • Assurer une veille sociale et réglementaire afin de garantir la conformité des pratiques.

Profil recherché

🎓 Formation en Gestion de la Paie ou RH (Bac+2/+3).

😊 Expérience confirmée de plus de 5 ans sur un poste similaire, dans un environnement multi sociétés ou multi-conventions collectives, avec un support social.

💻 Aisance avec Excel et outils numériques.

👍 Organisation, rigueur, sens du service et discrétion indispensables.
