Ihre Rolle
- Disposition und Steuerung von Versandaufträgen
- Einholung, Vergleich und Auswertung von Angeboten für nationale und internationale Transporte
- Organisation und Avisierung von Sendungen bei Speditionen
- Erstellung und Bereitstellung sämtlicher Versandunterlagen
- Abwicklung von Zollformalitäten im Import- und Exportgeschäft
- Erstellung von Export- und Versanddokumenten
- Durchführung von Systembuchungen zur Bestandskontrolle
- Unterstützung bei Inventuren und Bestandsprüfungen
- Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und reibungslosen Versandabwicklung
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Außenhandelsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand, Export oder Logistik
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung und im internationalen Warenverkehr
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
- Für Schwerbehinderte geeignet, entsprechend dem gestellten Aufgaben- und Anforderungsprofil
